The process involves our technitions to clean the gas burners and the heat-exchanger, check the overall operation of the furnace, check all safety controls, oil the motor, check the gas piping, wiring, venting, furnace fan, A/C coils etc.
Cleaning out the lint filter from your dryer is not enough, since some lint escapes gradually building up in the dryer's vent causing blockage. Lint blockage can lead to a higher utility bill since the dryer needs to work harder and longer to dry the clothes. This blockage can be a serious problem, because lint is highly flammable it can cause a fire in your home and damage to your property.
